How do I get Free Shipping?

Free Shipping applies to most shopping carts that total greater than $300.00 and only contain Accessory Items. Accessory items include almost everything that we sell except for Kayaks, Paddleboards, Trailers, and Bicycles. These items either require Freight Shipping or come with substantial shipping charges due to weight and size. Because we’re not a giant, powerhouse retailer we simply cannot afford to ship these large items for free.  

How are my packages being delivered? USPS, UPS, Priority?

We ship your item with the carrier that is offering the best rate for your delivery area and the size of your package. However, we can clarify slightly based upon your orders’ size and weight: Orders weighing less than 1lb generally ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Orders over 1lb will ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders that meet certain dimensions and/or weights will ship via UPS. Freight items will come via LTL Freight.

What if I need my item faster than USPS Priority Mail?

Please Contact Us if you require faster speed of shipping, we’ll need to handle your order over the phone.

Do I have to pay for Return Shipping?

That depends. In circumstances where the item you’ve ordered doesn’t fit, you’ve changed your mind, or doesn’t meet your expectations then yes, you will have to pay return shipping - once we receive your item we will issue you a full refund. If your item is damaged in shipping or there’s an error with your order then no, we will send you a return label and the cost is on us. This is primarily a case by case basis -Contact Us for all return queries.

Do you ship Internationally outside of the U.S.?

*We are not currently able to offer international shipments.*

If Kayaks and Paddleboards don’t ship for Free, then how much is Shipping?


How do I track my order?

If you’ve included your email address when placing your order then you will automatically receive confirmation of your shipment details the moment we create your shipping label. The email will include your tracking number and will link to that carrier’s tracking URL with all delivery updates. If you do not include your email address you will receive no automated updates - however, you can contact us via phone if you would like your tracking number.

What if I find the item priced lower on a competitor’s site?

We strive to maintain competitive prices and will match most competitor's advertised price, with-in reason.  We reserve the right to validate their price, model, color, etc., and to ensure the competitor has the same product in-stock.  We will also not match prices from third party sellers, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, etc. Price matching does not extend to shipping costs.  While we'd love to have your business and want you to get a good deal for your purchase, if it's not a good deal for us, we also have the right to refuse a price match.  We have not been in business for over 30 years by losing money to make a sale.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

If you are ordering online and outside of North Carolina thenno, you will be charged no sales tax on your order regardless of the contents of your cart. If you are within the state of North Carolina thenyes, you will be charged the relevant sales tax for your county. This does exclude Kayaks and Paddleboards which are only charged a 3% NC sales tax due to the items being considered transportation.

Is my transaction safe?

Your credit card and all other personal information are transmitted via an Encrypted Secured Socket Layer. We use to secure encryption to offer secure communications to and from our site.
