Aqua Bound Manta Ray Fiberglass

The Manta Ray Fiberglass blade has more surface area than Aqua-Bound’s other blade shapes, making it a great choice for big boats and moving water. This blade is made of exclusive Aqua-Bound abXII resin and is reinforced with fiberglass fibers. The Manta Ray Fiberglass paddle has a fiberglass shaft to help reduce fatigue and strain. This paddle provides plenty of strength and is lighter and warmer on the hands than an aluminum shaft.

The Manta Ray Fiberglass has a snug, trouble-free 3-hole snap-button ferrule (0° to 60°, L and R feathering angles).

The Manta Ray Fiberglass is available in lengths from 200cm to 260cm in increments of 5cm. It comes in both 2-piece and 4-piece models.

• The traditional “oversized” blade design provides better horsepower and control, most commonly associated with high-angle forward strokes and those doing flatwater kayaking, packrafting, racing, and kayak fishing.
• 100% fiberglass shaft is durable and strong, yet lighter than commodity aluminum, so it will hold up in the most uncertain of conditions while not draining all your energy. Fiberglass is also valued for being warm, plus flexible, and forgiving when compared to aluminum.
• The shaft is ovalized where the hands go for more comfort and control, and to limit the chances of blisters.
• Snap-button ferrule is fixed length plus tight-fitting, secure, and long-lasting. No wobbling or inefficiencies like commodity systems. It’s not as technical as some modern ferrule systems, but one of the more robust options. Comes with a 3-hole for adjustable feather angles of 0° or 60°, left or right hand control.
